Neon AI Factory Architect is now in public release
Previously available only to our consulting customers. From today, Neon AI Factory Architect is in public release, launched jointly by Neon AI Co. Ltd in Thailand and ViableCloud in the United Kingdom.

The follow-up GUI run is recorded in ten customer questions with observed evidence.
AI infrastructure has become too complex to design with spreadsheets, static diagrams and disconnected engineering documents spread across several teams and suppliers.
A modern AI factory combines thousands of GPUs, multiple network fabrics, high performance storage, management systems, user facing applications, security controls, power and cooling constraints, deployment dependencies and vendor specific design rules.
A small mistake in design becomes an expensive procurement problem later, or a lost bid.
Neon AI Factory Architect is built to catch those problems while they are still design decisions.
AI factory architecture, compiled
Neon turns infrastructure requirements into a governed, traceable solution architecture.
Instead of producing diagrams, bills of material, risk registers and project plans independently and then trying to make them agree, Neon generates all of them from one architectural model. One integrated architecture and design pack, ready to go into your response to the customer.
The practical difference is that the architecture can be changed, reassessed and regenerated without manually reconciling every downstream document afterwards. One tool that understands AI factory architecture and deployment, and one place the team works.
From requirements to a bid you can defend
Neon is built for the point where an RFI, an RFP, a customer requirement or an infrastructure concept has to become something technically credible.
It brings together:
- GPU and rack scale architecture
- Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics
- storage architecture
- management and out of band networks
- vendor and technology options
- architecture risk analysis
- bills of material and quantity
- requirements traceability
- project delivery planning
- solution architecture documentation
The goal is not to generate documents faster. It is to make the engineering itself repeatable and verifiable.
Start with the NCP requirements self audit to see the published requirements and the evidence your bid needs.
Designed for uncertainty
Real infrastructure projects rarely begin with perfect information.
Some requirements are known. Others are assumptions. Some vendor options are proven. Others need validating.
Neon does not treat missing information as permission to guess. Where the evidence is incomplete, the system preserves the uncertainty and flags it for human review. Where an alternative would require a different architecture, it stays an explicit branch rather than being quietly presented as a drop in replacement.
The principle is simple. Neon presents architecture aligned to the reference designs, with its assumptions visible. You decide.
Architects and subject matter experts keep final authority over the design.
Your first AI factory bid should not look like your first
AI infrastructure is expanding faster than the number of organisations with deep experience designing it.
Neon is intended to give a small architecture team the structure, repeatability and technical discipline normally associated with a much larger specialist practice.
Architecture, GPU platforms, networking, data centre, commercial, compliance, operations and project delivery all converge through one governed workflow.
The repeatability argument is set out in Ask a model twice. The compiler fixes the design rules; the human keeps authority over the result.
Built for current accelerated infrastructure
The initial release focuses on the technologies and design patterns in use now:
- NVIDIA HGX and DGX platforms
- NVLink and NVSwitch for vertical scaling within the rack
- Spectrum-X Ethernet, as an east west and storage fabric option
- InfiniBand, as an east west and storage fabric option
- high performance AI storage, including WEKA, VAST and DDN
- dedicated and converged storage fabrics
- workload and management infrastructure
- security and operational control planes
- a project management planning framework derived directly from the architecture
Neon also supports structured vendor option analysis, distinguishing between the selected architecture base, compatible alternatives, architecture branches, and candidates that still need evidence.
From bare metal to token
An AI factory does not exist to produce racks. It exists to produce computation.
Every layer contributes, and Neon is designed to reason across that whole system starting at bare metal compute.

For a live RFP, the Bid Clock sets out the ten working days of delivery and the guarantee.
Available now
Neon AI Factory Architect was previously provided only to customers of our consulting services. From today it is in public release, launched jointly by Neon AI Co. Ltd in Thailand and ViableCloud in the United Kingdom.
It is built for:
- neocloud and GPU cloud providers developing end to end AI factory designs
- data centre operators who need to understand the AI factories they will host
- enterprises building private or sovereign AI infrastructure
- systems integrators developing AI factory solutions
- architects designing AI factory architectures under time pressure
- infrastructure vendors who need to understand how their products fit the model
- investment firms who need to understand AI factories at the systems level
Requirements in. Architecture out. Risks exposed early. Decisions stay human.
From bare metal to token.
