PURPOSE
Turn AI factory requirements into an architecture package for review, bid preparation and engineering handover.

INPUTS
The customer brief: RFI or RFP requirements, target workloads and service objectives.
The design constraints: Initial GPU scale, growth plans, platform preferences, network and storage requirements.
The open decisions: Missing evidence, facility assumptions, delivery dependencies and the people who must resolve them.

OUTPUTS
Architecture and quantities: Compute, network and storage views with a logical bill of materials, ports, links, rack and power requirements.
Evidence and review: Requirements traceability, design decisions, security boundaries, architecture risks and unresolved findings.
Delivery and handover: Architecture documents, diagrams, implementation phases, dependencies and engineering handoffs.

WORKFLOW
Record requirements and constraints. Compile and compare candidate designs. Review evidence and open decisions. Approve a baseline with its conditions. Generate the handover package.

ENTERPRISE OWNERSHIP
Neon: Requirements, selected architecture, assumptions, revisions, decisions and design evidence.
CRM: Customer relationships and commercial opportunities.
ERP and procurement: Prices, purchase orders, supplier commitments and transactions.
Project management: Staffing, vendor lead times, contractual milestones and delivery execution.
Identity and document systems: Enterprise access policy, records retention and controlled distribution.

INTEGRATION
Agree each integration against your environment. The enterprise pattern describes where responsibilities belong; it is not a catalogue of ready-made CRM, ERP or MCP connectors. Authentication, permitted actions and approval boundaries need implementation review.

BOUNDARY
Neon produces architecture evidence for human review. A generated document does not grant vendor approval, procurement authority, installation readiness or certification. Missing information and unresolved decisions still need owners.

LICENCE, UPDATES AND SUPPORT
The compiler licence is perpetual. Knowledge-pack subscriptions and services are priced separately. Your order defines the included packs, updates, support and deployment arrangement. Before you share confidential files, we agree how they will be processed, accessed and retained.
